Minera Escondida (MEL): ASTRO 25 Digital Trunked Radio Solution
Design, engineering, provision, installation and startup of an ASTRO 25 digital radio communications system for the Mining Company, with coverage from the port of Mejillones up to 3,600 meters above sea level. The system is used both by MEL as by its contractors, with more than 6,000 users, being vital for operational continuity and the safety of the Mine. This system of high provisioning is under the managed services modality, and is in its hot technology second migration without a negative impact in the operation.
Carabineros de Chile: P25 Trunked Radio Solution
National coverage network fully developed by Interexport. Supports the operational work of this institution, through a Motorola multi-site digital ASTRO 25 trunked system that includes all the characteristics of a Mission Critical system for public safety users and dispatch centers. A system that grows year after year in coverage and in users and that replaced the former P16 VHF system used by the institution.
Codelco: New Level project (NNM) of the P25 digital trunked Radio system for División El Teniente
Engineering, supply, assembly, construction and startup of the Motorola multi-site ASTRO 25 system for the New Level Project (NNM) of División El Teniente, an infrastructure that supports and will support the growth of Codelco’s new structural project, both inside and outside of the mine’s tunnels, designed with the characteristics of a system for critical operation in the mining industry.
Roadway Concession Companies: Integration of Energy and Lighting Efficiency Solutions
70 kilometers intervention at Autopista Central, Metropolitan Region, replacing High Pressure Sodium Lighting with a LED solution (4,000 lights and 6,000 projectors), improving light and safety conditions for users, with more than 40% in savings with the corresponding reduction in carbon footprint. Engineering for new solutions as Solar and Wind Farms, consumption monitoring, peripheral equipment for a better operations management (SOS, CCTV, Variable Messaging, Loops, Data Collection Stations, among others), integrating such systems in open and dynamic control platforms.
Multiservice Systems In-Building for Mobile Operators and Mining Companies
These projects consider engineering, design, equipment and implementation of multiservice networks and multi-operator systems with O&M systems, integrating different alliances all over the world with technologies such as: GSM, UMTS (3G), LTE (4G). These systems have been implemented in Malls, Corporate Buildings, Hotels, Subways, Airports, Venues, Roadway and Mining Tunnels, providing coverage solutions to more than 10 million square meters both in the country and abroad (Chile, Mexico and Venezuela) with equipment for RF,CCTV, FO, WiFi and clean energies among others.

Minera Collahuasi: ASTRO 25 Radio communications System
The radio communications system operation is migrated from a P16 system, also implemented by Interexport, to a Motorola ASTRO 25 system. To make that platform migration possible, the SMART X is implemented, which allows the operation of both systems in parallel during the migration process to minimize the impact and reduce production costs. This project was executed under a turnkey modality in 2014.
EFE: Train Radio System
Design, engineering, provision, installation and startup of a conventional digital communication system for EFE trains from Santiago to Puerto Montt. A system over which voice signals, positioning data and telemetry data from the trains are transmitted to two dispatch centers in Santiago and Concepción.
Codelco: Radio communications replacement in División Chuquicamata with P25 Digital Trunked Radio
The “Chuquicamata Rajo” Project implemented in Codelco’s Chuquicamata Division implied the Replacement of the Conventional VHF Radio Communications System by a Motorola ASTRO 25 multi-site Trunked System. Interexport was in charge of the engineering, assembly, construction and start-up for this project, designed with the characteristics of an operation critical system for the mining industry. Currently integrated to the División Norte Trunked System together with Chuquicamata Subterránea, Ministro Hales and under execution at Radomiro Tomic.
Nokia Siemens: Mobile Networks National Deployment
Coverage design, engineering, provision and installation of the system with GSM 1900, GSM 850 and UMTS 3,5G technologies for more than 6 years. This project was developed in the entire national territory, with a special deployment in the northern area. The final destination of the services was for Movistar and Claro S.A., developed at a national level, suited to the needs of the client, with high quality standards, with prompt response and after sales support.
Codelco: M3 Rampa Radio Communications System
This project, currently under execution, considers the extension of the critical operation radio communications coverage inside the tunnels, and for this a digital Distributed Antennas System (DAS) solution is used, whose deployment will take place along with tunnels excavations.
Metro: CCTV, Alarms and Access Control Systems for Lines 2, 4 and 5
Design, engineering, provision, installation and startup of an Electronic Security platform that comprises three systems: CCTV, Alarms and Access Control. With this solution our client has been able to centralize monitoring and security of its installations, providing high standards for this public service.
Codelco: Early Works at Chuquicamata Subterránea
This EPC project took place between 2013 and 2104 and consisted on the implementation of six key technologies for a safe performance of the operations in the initial phase of the construction of this mega project. Motorola ASTRO 25 Radio Communications System for surface operations. Data network to join different operations. Access Control System for people and vehicles. Vehicle proximity alert system. IP telephony network. CCTV system.
Autopista Central: Lighting Project through Solar Panels at Squares
This project looks to improve light conditions in squares near Autopista Central highway, through the use of LED technology and a non-conventional renewable energy system with solar panels and batteries, with enough autonomy to stay lit over night and without the need to be connected to a grid. In the future this system will also incorporate WiFi and CCTV system as a service and as a contribution to the community.
AngloAmerican: ASTRO 25 Radio Communication System at División Los Bronces
During 2015, División Los Bronces will be developing the migration from an analogue conventional radio communications system in VHF to a Motorola ASTRO 25 system in VHF, which is the first system implemented in the country with such frequency. Due to the way in which the migration and the design of the system have been planned, it avoids using 2 radios at the same time, minimizing negative impacts in the operation.
Autopista Central: Variable Signaling to the Roadway’s Access
The purpose of this project is to provide Autopista Central’s users information on traffic conditions in the Roadway in a graphic way, especially to users driving through local streets, through LED technology panels, as part of the road infrastructure improvement plans considered by Autopista Central and to provide safety and a better traffic flow. This allows the user that wants to enter the Highway to decide whether to do it or not, depending on the traffic reports provided on the LED panels at that time.
Codelco: Migration to a P25 Radio Communications System
This project, currently being executed, considers the replacement of the P16 system of División Radomiro Tomic, with a Motorola ASTRO 25 system. The activities considered in this project are the provision of the system, set-up, implementation and startup. This system will become part of the current systems of Distrito Norte -Codelco.
